
My Legacy
At a young age I developed a love for sports, predominantly soccer, I had always aspired to play professional soccer but my physical appearance was always in my mind. my first motivation for a strong men physique was WWE wrestlers I marveled at them with their bulk-like physique and admired the characters in action movies such as the movie '300' with their Greek warrior physique. I desired more than anything to look like those people, but struggled to advance any. I was always overweight throughout my childhood and as I matured, the fat stayed with me. I would often seek out advice from YouTube sensation "6 pack shortcuts" by Mike Chang but at the end was faced with disappointment. I never really saw any progress until I joined my first gym and took dieting more seriously. I was lucky to have guidance from my friend who had already developed knowledge about proper lifting and dieting. My story is still in the beginning chapters. My goal now is to help guide you like how I received guidance from my pal. I know what it feels like to be lost with no clue as to what is right and wrong. I want to help make your journey a successful story.
